Procedure for changing the answers to questions

As salâmu `alaikum wa Rahmatullâh wa Barakatullâh,

I pray that this message finds you in the best of Iman and in good health.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Would you please give some instructions on the procedures for having any changes made to a question register. Many times I have backed up to change my answer to questions that I was not sure of (I’d write the number of the question down in order to check later if I have time remaining), but when the test is corrected, I find that my change had not registered.

This is probably a computer person question. Please advise.

This is exactly the way you have done. You may choose to go back, before you finally submit your exams, and make changes as you feel necessary. May be the time was over when you must have gone back to correct. In any case, I would ask the admin staff to check it out. If there is any problem, we would surely fix on priority.
