bankcruptcy

An individual will be discharge of debt once an individaul lodges for bankcruptcy. Is this allowed as an individual is required to discharge all his debts...even after death?

A person is required to discharge all of his debts (even after marriage), unless his debt is forgiven. Perhaps, one means of forgiveness can be what the law of the land dictates.

Wasalaam.
