shariah ruling
if a husband n wife choose to stop having any physical relationship for a very long time...say a couple years n stay n seperate bedrooms but dont entirely part ways....what is the sharaih ruling on such a marriage..... |

well, there must be some unavoidable circumstances in which the case will reach to this extreme. Because normally there will be a smooth going relation or be the end of relationhip via seperation. To continue living in this way is a speical case and hopefully it'll be by mutual understanding. Please keep in mind that this is not a preferred way.
Nevertheless please note that in sharee'ah it can happen that at the point of nikkah (or may be after that) Wife, Husband or both can leave any of there given rights.
The above case looks like the similar one but final comment cannot be given unless the point of view of both parties is known & understood. |
