Islam teaches self control and all muslims practice this self control for a full month( Ramadan) each year. They can see, harvest, cook and serve the food but they cannot eat it. Their throats are dry and they do wudu and wash mouths, no one can see them but they don't let water wet their throats. Thats the kind of self control Islam teaches. Same is true with gender interaction. Same self control Quran is talking about in sura-Nur. You just have to analyze your situation in the light of Quran.[/quote]
