| Before Blaming the US |

Many
Islamic scholars and leaders, including Osama-bin-Ladin, Dr. Israr Ahmad and late Maulana Maududi etc. believe that if an Islamic State has enough power, it would:
1. Invite all other nations to accept Islam. If they do so, they would live under the Islamic State as the first class citizens.
2. If they would not accept the above invitation, they would have to live under
and pay taxes to the Islamic State; in return of which they would be granted
peace, security and religious freedom. However, the (non-Muslim) people of such nations would not be totally equal to the Muslim citizens in all aspects; for
example, they would not be allowed to take part in the judiciary or high-level
commandment of the State’s Army etc.
3. If they would not accept the first two options, the Islamic State would
declare a war (qit’al) against them and slay them.
To support the above viewpoint, the directives of Surah-e-Tauba (Chapter 9 of
the Holy Qur’an) are presented. 1
However, according to the scholastic genius, Javed Ahmad Ghamidi, the above
points cannot be extracted from Surah-e-Tauba, today, as it had a specific
background and it came down as a punishment for the sinner Muslims, People of
the Book, Polytheists and Hypocrites of the Prophet’s (SAW) time after the
completion of the proof, on all of them, that the Prophet (SAW) is the true
Messenger of God. He believes that if an Islamic State becomes superpower today
it would try to convince the non-believers, through discussion and preaching, to
embrace Allah’s Religion - Islam. If they wouldn’t do so, still they would not
be attacked or harmed, by the Islamic State, in any way. He further believes
that the only way jihad may be escalated today is against violence and cruelty
when an Islamic State is present and has enough resources to fight. 2
If we follow the former viewpoint of Osama-bin-Ladin, Dr. Israr Ahmad, late
Maulana Maududi and all such Islamic leaders and scholars, I think, we have no
right to say that the US, being a superpower, is doing anything wrong by
attacking the other nations out of her own ideology simply because if we Muslims
were the superpower, we would have done the same or even worse with the other
nations.
Therefore, I believe, first we Muslims should change our biased principles and
attitudes and then go on to criticize today’s superpower for her invasions in
the other countries.

How did islam spread after the death of prophet (saw)? I don't think anyone has better understanding of islam than the compaions of the prophet (saw). For our own security, we the muslims need an islamic state. Let us all try to heart and soul to establish that state, i.e. khilafah. Otherwise our sufferung from the kufr states like USA, israel, india will be unending. |

Sorry but deniing an islamic state as superior and taking sides of the kaffir, many including scholars would agree that this type of statement is a form of kufr. |

Its almost like the issue of alcohol. Many stupid people are now seen debating that since poor people who do not have access to quality Alcohol, the Government should provide means to them for drinking SAFE Alcoholc so that they do not die.

Wa'alaikumassalam.
First, you have used the word “kafir” in your comment. None of us is eligible to abuse anyone with this word because none has a right to judge the belief of a person except Allah. “Kafir” is a person who has “seen the truth but denies it being stubborn”. Qur’an has mentioned some “kuffar” but remember, the Qur’an is a Book of Allah who knows the state of each person’s heart but we do not. In other words, even if someone is worshipping an idol in front of us, we cannot call the one a “kafir” or “mushriq” because we do not know if he is doing it out of stubbornness or the matter is that the truth has not reached him properly.
Secondly, I did not deny the existence of an Islamic state. I was talking about the simple idea that if you take the Quranic verses of Surah-e-Tauba “out of context” and believe that whenever Muslims have power, they have a right to slay everyone who does not accept the first two conditions mentioned in the article… Then my questions are:
1) Who has given you the right to slay others? Qur’an? Know that it has not! If Surah-e-Tauba is read within its context, it’d clearly indicate that it had a specific background whose laws cannot be generalized for all times.
2) On what grounds do you blame other superpowers for declaring wars against others out of their own ideas, religions and interests? You have a double standard if you have different laws for yourself and different for others.
Jihad can only be done in one way today and it is against cruelty. Still, it has some ethics set by Allah, for example, it cannot be carried out without the presence of an Islamic state.

Junaid. I have few queries . Please feel free to answer them.I have asked so many people,but no one answered.
have few questions about Islam.
1.Does Kaffir has a religion?
2.Can you give a person a certificate that he is the true follower of God ,if he is a muslim?
3. Can you call a Muslim "kaffir" if he is not walking on the path of Allah.
4.Do all the non muslims are Kaffir ?
5.Can i call Allah {Bhagwan,God,iswar }
6.Is Allah is only for muslims ?
7. If non muslims are kaffir , is there any proof that Allah has told kill the Kaffirs.
8. If a non muslim with out being converted to Islam , follows the path of Alllah considered a Kaffir.
9.Many muslim says that your Bhagan ,our God.Islam says that God is one, so how can they say that there are different gods for different people.
10. I know there are a lots of demerits in Hinduism,but we must clean the slum instead of destroying it.
So my point is Clean our society by keeping only one religion but don't destroy any culture.
Islamic rule is better than hindu rule,if you will take the case of Law and order,Decipline,etc etc.
